The Elements Experience

Phase 1. Discovery

Our process begins with a brief Discovery Consultation. During this complimentary call, we will discuss your project goals and answer any questions before scheduling the in-home Design Evaluation.

During the in-home Design Evaluation, we will uncover the full potential of your home, while learning more about your project, priorities, timeline, and personal aesthetic.

Following this appointment, we’ll develop a comprehensive proposal outlining project recommendations and next steps.

Phase 2. Plan, Design & Source

During the collaborative design phase, we will create and refine space plans and develop the design direction. Meeting in our studio, or at our supplier’s showroom, we will present this concept in person, allowing you to see, touch, and truly connect with the materials, finishes, fixtures, and color schemes firsthand.

Our longstanding relationships with vendors, suppliers, and trade professionals give us access to quality products and materials and personalized service. We also have access to furnishings not available to the public and will source unique pieces not found at most retailers.

Phase 3. Purchase & Track

We take care of the purchasing, tracking, and management of all logistical details involved in bringing your design to life.

Our expertise and established relationships within the industry empower us to execute your project efficiently, saving you both time and money.

From scheduling and ordering to the final installation, we handle the crucial details of project fulfillment so that you don’t have to!

Phase 4. Delivery & Installation

We take care of every detail in the delivery and setup of your furniture, fixtures, and decor, guaranteeing the final outcome not only meets but exceeds your expectations.

Then comes the moment we all wait for—the big reveal. This is when the design truly comes to life, and you get to enjoy your unique, personalized spaces.

There’s nothing we love more than hearing our clients share things like “No one walks into our home without saying ‘Wow’.”
